General Ordering Questions:

  1. What if I forget my Password?

    Go to, Click on “forgot you password”. Enter your email and system will send you the password.

  2. What are Boss & Hughes business hours?

    Boss & Hughes Corporate Offices are open Monday through Friday from 8.30am - 5:30pm Central Time. Please keep in mind that any Internet customer inquiries will be received during these hours only.

  3. How do I get to your Retail Store?

    1. Get on I-69/US-59 N from W Sam Houston Pkwy S and Southwest Fwy
    2. Follow I-69/US-59 N and I-610 N to N Loop W Fwy. Exit from I-610 E

    4. Merge onto N Loop W Fwy
    5. Turn left onto T C Jester Blvd

  4. What methods of payment do you accept?

    Cash, Money Order, Debit Card, Credit Card (Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express).

  5. My credit card was not accepted. What should I do?

    You can call up us 713-664-9829 and ask to talk to accounting between the hours of 8.30am -5.30 pm.

  6. Are Boss & Hughes uniforms guaranteed?

    Boss & Hughes uniforms are backed by one of the best guarantees in the business. All Boss & Hughes supplied garments (jumpers, skirts, culottes) are guaranteed for 1 year against defects in manufacturing.

  7. How does Boss & Hughes sizing compare to other store sizes?

    Sizes can vary by manufacturer. We encourage you to check the sizing chart with each item to ensure proper fit.

  8. How do I order the proper size?

    Take the time to measure your child. We have provided you with instructions on how to measure your child in "sizing section” of the website site.

  9. How many uniforms should I purchase?

    This depends on your laundry schedule.We recommend a minimum of 3 tops and 2-3 bottoms per season, and a belt.

  10. When should I expect to receive my order?

    In stock items should be received within 7-10 business days depending on destination.

  11. What if my child needs a half size /special size not offered on your site?

    Half sizes are offered in skirts, jumpers and culottes. All sizes above 2XL are considered as custom sizes. Please contact the office at 713-664-9829 to place your order. Please expect 2-3 weeks delivery after you have placed your order.

  2. What are the options of parents receiving the Uniforms?

    Distribution Options are as follows:

    i. On the Spot Days as selected by school ( No Delivery Charges)
    ii. Come to the Store (No Delivery Charges)
    iii. Ship directly to Parent (Shipping Charge Defined below)

  3. How much is my shipping?

    Shipping directly to Parent is as follows:

    a. Up to $25: $6.95
    b. $25.01 to $100: $9.95
    c. $100.01 to $200: $11.95
    d. $200.01 or more: $16.95

    Boss & Hughes also offers several campus sale dates in conjunction with your school where parents can pick up the uniform without any shipping charges. Be sure to check with your school office for those dates.

  4. What happens if I receive the wrong product?

    No worries. All you need is to give us a call and we can email you a return label. Package the product and send it to us using the return label. Wrong product must be received by the office before right product can be issued. Correct product will be mailed to your home (Delivery Signature required).

    Alternatively, we can set up a time for you to come and replace the wrong product with your desired one. Please do not drop the incorrect product with the school as the school is not responsible for any products returned to their location.

  5. What if I ordered the wrong product and need to exchange my order?

    Merchandise that has not been worn, washed or altered may be returned within 30 days of receipt of merchandise for a full refund or exchange; Exchanges can be made at the retail location or through our Returns department. For an exchange, you will call it in to our office at 713-664-9829, we will complete the exchange order and then we will call you to come and pick it up. At that time, you will schedule an appointment with our Exchange Department to pick up the product.

    For exchanges through the mail please include $8.95 for shipping and handling and allow 2 - 3 weeks turnaround time.

  6. What is your return policy?

    Boss & Hughes stands behind the quality of our workmanship and our fabrics. If you need to return or exchange merchandise, it must be done within 30 days of the time you receive goods and must include your order number, your name, address and daytime phone number. Receipt of purchase must be provided along with your returned merchandise so that we can be ready to receive the items properly.

    • Boss & Hughes accepts merchandise in originally purchased condition. We do not accept returns or exchanges on laundered or altered garments
    • Boss & Hughes does not accept returns or exchanges on Special order items
    • Merchandise may be returned / exchanged at our store, or ship to Boss & Hughes, 4500 West 34th Street. Houston TX 77092
    • Allow 15 business days for your order to be received and processed
    • REFUNDS: If purchase was with credit card, credit will be issued to that same card. (Please allow 2 billing cycles for credit to appear on your statement.) If purchase was by check or dollars, a refund check will be issued within 15 working days. Cash is only issued on in-store returns under $20.00
    • Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer. Please return the item(s) via a traceable or insured method (Fed Ex, UPS & USPS offer tracking/insured service) to prevent the package from being lost in the mail. We are not responsible for returned items that are lost in transit. Items cannot be returned if they have been worn or washed or customized in any of the following ways: with emblems, altered; silkscreen or embroidery
    • Items cannot be returned to school office. Parent/Student must deal directly with Boss and Hughes

    All orders shipped directly to students are sent via USPS or Fed Ex Ground and take around 3-4 working days.

  4. What can my school support me with?

    School can provide with blank Order Forms, Sizing Chart, FAQ, return forms pick up of the completed order.
    Outside of this, parent must work directly with Boss & Hughes for everything else. School is not responsible or authorized to take orders, accept payments, exchange uniforms or issue refunds.

  5. How will my order be shipped?

    UPS or Fed Ex or USPS ; USPS delivery only to PO Boxes
